* The time value of money: Owner’s goals and objectives, time value of money (TVM) components, TVM applications;
* Discounted cash flow, valuation and investment return: Discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis vs. capitalization, market value calculation, investment value calculation, different measures of investment return;
