Lidia Henclewska received her MSc Eng. degree in 1981 from the Poznan University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering (major in sanitary installations).

Active in real estate industry from 1989, Lidia Henclewska started as licensed real estate agent later to become licensed real estate manager. President of Henclewski Nieruchomosci Sp. z o.o.. seated in Poznan, a real estate management company. Her management portfolio includes multifamily and office buildings. Member of Polish professional associations as well as Institute of Real Estate Management, Chicago, USA.

L. Henclewska is a contributing writer for Nieruchomości monthly published by C.H. Beck Publishing House. Co-author of Plany zarządzania nieruchomościami (Real estate management plans) and Teczka zarządcy nieruchomości (Portfolio of Real Estate Manager), both books published by C.H. Beck.

From 2002, member of the National Certification Committee and Real Estate Management Sub-committee.

IREM trained instructor. L. Henclewska serves as an instructor of many trainings for real estate managers, gives lectures to students of full-time studies and post-graduate courses at the Poznań University of Economics, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poznań School of Banking and University of Lodz.


Jan Krzystof Pięta CPM® - a practicing property manager. An originator, a founder and a chairman of one of the first private companies (established in 1992) in the field of property management in Poland. Located in Sosnowiec ADM Ltd. has successfully managed real estates of total surface of 400 000 m2 in six cities of Silesian voivodeship.

He graduated from the Silesian Technical University in Gliwice. Before becoming a property manager he had worked in the mining industry, first as a mining safety inspector and then as an assistant manager in one of the Silesian coal mines, for eleven years.

He has published his articles on property management in professional journals and handbooks. He is an author of the book 'Property Management Supporting Software' ('Oprogramowanie wspierające zarządzanie nieruchomościami'), and co-author of the book 'Property Management Plan. Theory and practice' ('Plan zarządzania nieruchomością. Teoria i praktyka'). He has been a long - term collaborator of Nieruchomości CH Beck monthly, in which he has published, among other things, a set of articles 'Writing a property management plan' ('Jak powstaje plan zarządzania nieruchomością').

In 1997 he got a title of Certified Property Manager CPM® conferred by the Institute of Real Estate Management IREM® Chicago. Currently he is a faculty and a member of the board of IREM® Poland.

His Polish property management license no. is 62. He acted as a consultant to the Local Government Partnership Programme (Program Partnerstwa dla Samorządu Terytorialnego) for several times, as well as to the other international programmes. He is also a co-author of the strategy of the privatization process property management of the Szczecin’s municipal real estates.

Between 1999- 2001 and again since 2007 he has been a member of the National Qualifying Board, a Subcommitee on Property Management (Państwowa Komisja Kwalifikacyjna, Podkomisja ds. Zarządzania Nieruchomościami).
