The Polish chapter of Institute of Real Estate Management® and the IREM® US headquarters in cooperation with SC Consulting have a pleasure to present you the series of courses in the professional property management. In response to the enormous interest in spring edition of the MKL 404 course: 'Marketing and Leasing: Retail Properties' we have decided to organize it again for all of you that have not had the possibility to participate in it yet. The course will take place on 29th and 30th September 2008. This time the lecturer of the course will be Joseph Karp, experienced IREM® instructor, who has been active on the Polish property management market already for many years. We encourage you to participate in the particular courses or in the whole series of them, depending on your needs and preferences. At the same time we would like to remind you that after finishing the whole series of IREM® courses you can become the CPM® - Certified Property Manager®.. IREM® offers its courses on all continents and almost 6000 people attend them each year. Although the content of courses is based on the American experience, specific programmes and materials are adjusted systematically to changing law and current Polish market conditions. Our teachers are not only experienced experts, but also gifted lecturers. All of them got IREM®’s approval after having finished the special training preparing them to reach the standards set up by the Institute. The courses are taught in the lively, attractive, interactive manner, with the use of audiovisual technology. The course materials are prepared uniquely for every course and are not available in any other way, but as student books for participants of the courses. These books are useful not only during the course but also in daily practice of every property manager. Last, but not least, it is worth bearing in mind when considering taking part in CPM courses that more and more clients pay attention to and appreciate the professional titles of their property managers nowadays.
