Registration

• download the registration form (the icon on the right)
  
• fill in the form following carefully the included instructions and make the necessary payment
  
• send the form and the copy of the payment confirmation (with regard to instructions given in the form)
  
• wait for the confirmation of your participation in the course.
  
  

• the charge per person is:
  - 1.680,00 PLN (tax free) for those registered before 11th September 2009
  - 1.880,00 PLN (tax free) for those registered after 12th September 2009
  
• the course fee includes: two-day course classes, coffee breaks, lunches and the unique course book
  
• the course fee does not include the costs of accommodation and transport
  
• the VAT invoice will be sent to the participant by the organizers not later than 7 days after receiving the copy of the payment confirmation
  
• the language of the course is English, but IREM® Poland provides participants with the consecutive translation
  
• the confirmation of registration will be sent by the organizers by e-mail or fax not later than 2 days after receiving the registration form
  
• if you cancel your participation in the course 14 days before it starts – you will receive the whole course fee back; in case of resignation from the course 13 to 8 days before the course starts you will get only 50% of the fee back; we do not accept cancellations 7 days before the first day of the course or later; if you do not attend the course without cancelling your participation, you will be charged with the full fare
  
• the organizers reserve the right to introduce the changes in the course programme
  
• the organizers do not make any accommodation reservation for course participants
  
  

• 50% discount for IREM® / IREM® Poland members (for up to two courses per year)
• 5% discount for a group registration (3-5 participants)
• 10% discount for a group registration (over 6 participants)
• discounts do not cumulate - the participant has the right to choose the discount he finds the most satisfying
• if you want to use one of the discounts - you are kindly asked to mark the relevant option in the registration form and to pay the reduced fee
